How do your shipments work?
We ship all orders from Puerto Rico.
Orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive at you once the order gets shipped.
Having a package lost or stolen can be upsetting, unfortunately IDUNNA is NOT responsible. This includes any delays that may happen with the postal service.
Our estimated arrival time refers to standard working days. Holidays, weather conditions and the wrong address provided will cause a delay in your delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.

Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping service will not decrease the time it takes to process orders. It only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
How is your shipping process?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. Later you will be notified when your package is out for delivery and lastly when your package has arrived. If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us via shopidunna@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges. Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. No visible sign of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Returned items will ONLY be given store credit or exchanged for sizing. NO money returned. In order for an item to be returned, contact us via email shopidunna@gmail.com with an explanation and we will reply with the instructions on what to do.
We accept credit cards and Paypal. Interested in making payments via ATH Mobile send us a DM to our Instagram @shopidunna or email shopidunna@gmail.com, we will gladly tell you the process.
